This privacy policy is designed to inform users of the iRelai website – www.pickupzone.com (the “Site”) and the PickupZone package pick-up service (the “Service”) about how iRelai, LLC, d.b.a. PickupZone (“iRelai”, “PickupZone”, “we” or “us”) gathers and uses personal information submitted to PickupZone, through the Site or otherwise. PickupZone will take reasonable steps to protect user privacy consistent with the guidelines set forth in this policy and with applicable U.S. laws. In this policy, “user” or “you” means any person viewing any page of the Site or submitting any personal information to PickupZone in connection with using the Service.
What Information Do We Collect?
Personal Information: PickupZone may collect personal information from users who sign up for or express interest in the Service. PickupZone will only collect the personal information you choose to disclose to us. The personal information we collect includes your name, email address, physical and/or postal address, and telephone number (collectively, the “Personal Information”). If you are paying for the Service through this website, the Personal Information collected may also include your credit card number.
Tracking Technologies: The Service may use web tracking technologies such as cookies and clear GIFs in order to recognize visitors to the Site and to analyze general user traffic patterns.
How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
Personal Information: We will use Personal Information submitted to us in order to deliver the Service to you, and to send hard-copy and email marketing materials and newsletters to users who have expressed interest in receiving that information.

However, PickupZone reserves the right to disclose any information PickupZone collects in connection with the Service, without further notice to you (a) to any successor to PickupZone’s business as a result of any merger, acquisition or similar transaction; and (b) to any law enforcement or regulatory authority, to the extent required by law or if in PickupZone’s reasonable discretion disclosure is necessary to protect PickupZone’s legal rights or to protect third parties.
Anonymous, Aggregated Information: We may disclose anonymous, aggregated information to third parties such as potential business partners and funding sources, in order to describe our business and operations.
How Can You Opt Out of Use and Disclosure of Your Information?
If you would like your Personal Information removed from our mailing list or database, please contact us at privacy@pickupzone.com . In the event of any such removal, PickupZone will retain records of any completed package delivery transactions for its archives.
Access and Updating of Information
PickupZone will respond to any reasonable request by a user to review or amend his or her Personal Information held in our mailing list or database. Links: The Site may contain links to other websites. PickupZone is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those websites. Users should be aware of this when they leave our site and review the privacy statements of each Web site they visit that collects information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal information collected by PickupZone.Amendments: PickupZone may modify or amend this policy from time to time.
